Job Title: Director of Health Services – Assisted Living

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Health Services to lead our clinical team in an assisted living setting. The DHS is responsible for overseeing resident care, managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the health services department, including nursing and caregiving staff.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff performance.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in audits and inspections.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in NE
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and best practices in geriatric care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and leading a team with integrity and compassion.
